Filmine Lampshade
Filmine collection of lampshades made from recycled 35mm film, each scene carefully hand-sewn and assembled. They are a unique object and an exclusive lefreak design since 1999.
The Filmine lamp began to be marketed in 2000 in a few design shops in Barcelona and Madrid and as a prop in television series.
Over the years we have collected thousands of metres of film strips with titles such as ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’, ‘Leap into the Void’, ‘Bloody Kung Fu’ or ‘El alcalde y la polÃtica’.
Currently only available as pendant, table or floor lampshade in various diameters. Other sizes available on request.
