We ship worldwide.
We ship orders via MBE (Mailboxes ETC) or Correos (Spanish Post Office).
A signature is required on receipt of the package. Please make sure that someone is available to receive it.

 

Delivery time

 

Depending on the product, delivery times may vary.
We usually ship all orders from Tarragona within 3-5 working days.
lefreak shop online will not be held responsible for any delay due to an incorrect address, public holidays or any other event beyond our control.

 

Shipping costs

 

Depending on the weight and destination of the products purchased, the system will automatically calculate the shipping costs.
Example rates:
Spain: 14 € – 26 €.
European Union: 14 € – 26 €.
Rest of Europe & United States: 43€ – 78€
Rest of the World: €66 – €94
Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes on overseas orders.

 

Return Policy

 

If for any reason the customer is dissatisfied with an item purchased directly from lefreakshop online, the purchase can be exchanged. However, items that are produced on a commission basis are not eligible for return.
For a return or exchange of an item, please send us an e-mail with your order number, details of the item you are returning and the reason for the return. The customer must inform lefreak shop online within seven days of their intention to return the item. Then the package must be sent within another 14 days. The sender is responsible for shipping costs, duties and taxes.

All returned items must arrive unused and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of the items, a full refund will be issued within 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Damaged items

 

If an item is received in less than perfect condition, please notify us immediately on shop@lefreak.biz. We will do our best to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
The customer should only accept packages without visible signs of wear and tear. This should be noted on the delivery note next to the customer’s signature if the customer chooses to accept visibly damaged items. If an item has been damaged, the customer must contact us immediately by email. Attach pictures of both the packaging and the contents. The original packaging of the item must also be included.
The customer has to inform the lefreak shop online within seven days of his or her intention to return the item. The package has to be sent back to us within 14 days.
