Alcohol series

Being attached to our “Rubbish is beautiful” motto produced a worrying accumulation of plastic cups and glasses of champagne after some openings and presentations in our studio. This material, supposedly non-reusable, led us to think about direct recycling: the Alcohol series was born.
Once cleaned with a sponge, water, neutral soap and rinsed with a cotton cloth, the cups and glasses might have a second opportunity with their original shape.
Cups and glasses are attached to a transparent acrylic semi-sphere. Another much smaller semi-sphere shows/shades the power strip and the electrical wiring where the bulb is connected.
